Past Partner // 2022 — 2024

NBCUniversal

As a partner of NBCUniversal's Creative Impact Lab — the company's flagship initiative to expand pathways for the next generation of creative talent — CMG apprentices took part in Creative Connections, mentorship sessions, and on-set placements across NBCU productions, including The Karamo Show, where CMG apprentice Jacqueline Brown became the Host Associate. The collaboration moved young creatives directly from training into full-time industry roles.

The Karamo Show

On-set apprenticeships with the NBCU-distributed daytime series gave our young creatives real production days, mentorship from working crew, and a bridge from classroom to studio floor.
